Hands down the smoothest vehicle transaction experience that I have ever had. I dealt with Vishu and could not recommend him enough. As an out of town buyer i had some reservations but they all went away the minute i stepped foot in the dealer.

I recently had a baby and have two large dogs at home, so I was in need of a full-size SUV with three rows of seating. I'm not a fan of MPVs, so I started looking at the 2025 Cadillac Escalade and Lincoln Navigator. I visited several dealerships, including Markville Ford and GMC, but it was at East Court Ford Lincoln where I met my sales, Tian. Even though Tian was relatively new, I was genuinely impressed by his deep knowledge of the vehicles. When I was shopping, the 2025 Navigator had just been released and there wasn’t much information available yet. The salesperson at Markville Ford wasn’t familiar with the new features, but Tian was able to answer every single question I had — right on the spot. He also went above and beyond to get me the best possible deal. The discount he secured for me was far better than what I was offered at any other dealership. After placing my order, I had to wait about three months for delivery. I checked in with Tian every couple of weeks about the production status, and each time he patiently followed up and kept me informed. Today, I finally picked up my Navigator. Since I live nearly 50 km away, the dealership couldn’t offer a shuttle — so Tian personally came to pick me up. I was honestly shocked — that kind of service is rare to come by, especially in Canada. The handover process was smooth and thorough. Tian walked me through all the new features and made sure I felt comfortable before driving off. I've owned a few cars before, but Tian is by far the best auto sales I’ve ever worked with. I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a Ford or Lincoln, and I truly hope this review helps more people find their way to him.
