Dear Service Manager and Dealership Management, I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding the treatment my wife and 12-year-old son received from your Service Associate, Gus Nikolakakos, during our scheduled service appointment on Friday, August 7, 2026, at 9:00 am. My wife brought my F-150 to the dealership to have three outstanding recalls addressed. Unfortunately, what should have been a routine service appointment became a very unpleasant experience for my wife and son because of the way Gus interacted with them. During the appointment, my wife had to call me multiple times because of the way she was being spoken to and treated. I was in the middle of a board meeting at the time and had to step away from the meeting on several occasions to deal with the situation and try to assist her remotely. What concerns me most is that this was not simply a disagreement or misunderstanding. My wife felt that Gus was being disrespectful and uncouth toward her, and my 12-year-old son was present and witnessed the interaction. He was sufficiently uncomfortable with the way his mother was being treated, that he specifically commented on Gus's behavior afterward. I find this particularly concerning because my wife was at your dealership as a customer and should have been treated with courtesy, patience and professionalism. Regardless of whatever may have been happening that morning, there is no justification for a customer or her child to feel that they are being treated disrespectfully by a member of your service department. I am therefore asking management to please look into this matter thoroughly, including speaking with Gus and reviewing what took place during our appointment. I would like this complaint formally documented and escalated appropriately within the dealership. I am not looking for an argument or confrontation. I simply expect my family to be treated with basic courtesy and respect when dealing with your dealership. I would also appreciate a response from management outlining how this matter has been addressed. If I feel that this concern has not been properly investigated or addressed, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further, including bringing it to the attention of Kuldip Sahi. I have been a customer of the dealership and would much rather have this matter resolved professionally and constructively. However, given what occurred and the fact that my wife and young son were involved, I feel it is important that management take this complaint seriously. I look forward to hearing from you.
