I was left waiting for a vehicle that had been completed for some time, only to be left waiting once again for pick up, and to be delivered to a virtually empty dealership to pick up a car that was not available when I arrived, with no service person to talk me through the work completed on my vehicle. Very shoddy and unacceptable behavior for the dealership I have been going to for literally decades. I will edit my rating on the quick outreach by the Senior service advisor, who assured me that this was a one-off, and that he would do everything he could to keep me as a customer. His sincerity and recognition of a situation that should never have happened goes far in the way of what customer service should be.
