Last week I walked into East Court Ford after a 3 yr lapse. I have been driving Fords for 16 yrs. In 2013 I went to another dealership and what a mistake that was. It was such a bad experience that I handed them back the keys to my car and walked out. That is how I found myself back at East Court talking to Sam Thapa once again. I have always dealt with Sam and when I walked in there, it was like time have never passed. He knew me and knew what I liked, that I never even had to look at the vehicle. I just picked up my 2016 Ford Edge on Monday. I absolutely love it! It's always a pleasure to walk in there. Sam always has time to shake your hand or wave and say hello. As long as I'm driving and as long as Sam is there, he will be my " go to guy". He will do whatever he can to get you in the vehicle you want. He ROCKS!!!
